Secure & Allocate

Your $297 pre-sale payment secures your hardware. If you selected invoice, please ensure payment is cleared by 26 January to maintain your allocation in the first 250 units.

3-Month Trial (Feb – Apr)

Once installed, you gain full access to the OneRoad ecosystem: On Board Mass (OBM), FTC Reporting, the AI Dynamic Dashboard, and NHVR-approved EWD tools for your drivers.

Certification & Estimates

At the conclusion of your trial, you will receive your certified OBM access and a comprehensive FTC report with a calculated estimate for your fleet operations.

Ongoing Subscription (May 2026)

If you are happy with how ONeRoad performed during your trial, Your full-feature subscription activates in May 2026 at $99/Month per unit. This is a flexible, no lock-in contract—you can come and go as you please, billed via credit card or invoice. We will be in touch prior to this date
