Add a driver

Invite a driver to your fleet.

Adding a driver sends an SMS invitation to join your fleet on OneRoad. Once they accept, their work diary rolls up to your dashboard automatically.

01

Invitations go out by mobile number from the web portal.

1

Go to Team → Invitations

Sign in at app.oneroad.io, open Team in the sidebar, then Invitations.

2

3

Enter their mobile & role

Set your Record Keeper

Every fleet needs a Record Keeper — the official contact your EWD records are linked to.

1

Go to Fleet → Settings

Open the Fleet section in the sidebar and select Settings.

2

Enter the Record Keeper email

In Fleet details, set the Record Keeper Email field, then click Update Details.

Do this before drivers start

All EWD records must link to a verified Record Keeper email — assign one before your drivers begin logging shifts.
